The scrap car body(metal) recycling system adopts a specially designed heavy duty metal shredder for the preliminary shredding,and a horizontal heavy-duty crusher for further process.After that a Dust collection system for removing the dust,and a powerful magnetic separator is used for separating the ferrous metal. the heavy duty metal shredder with a hydraulic motor to incresase the torque,making the working process more stable,and resulting in less worn mechanical components.
Almost every recycling applications has its own specific requirments but they all follow the same general process as follows,
1. Shredder A: shears car-bodies into strips;
2. Metal screen: screens metal, removes mud and contamination;
3. Vibration channel: screens metal of size under 150mm;
4. Magnet Drum: separates material into ferrous and non-ferrous metal;
5. Shredder B: size-reduction of non-ferrous metal;
6. Eddy-current separator: separates aluminum from shredded light fraction;
7. Central de-dusting unit: removes dust and fines from the system and filters the air beore emission.
